What keeps the Launch Offer at $199

It is one page, up to five sections, with client-supplied final copy, logo, and images. Copywriting, new brand identity, CMS, ecommerce, booking, payments, CRM connections, custom integrations, migrations, and advanced animation require a standard package or separate quote.

Domain, hosting, email, taxes, licensed assets, and other provider fees are separate from the build fee.

Agreement, launch, and optional management

A signed agreement confirms fit and scope before work. The full $199 is invoiced after final approval and is due before the public launch. There is no public checkout.

Eligible Launch Offer sites can add technical Starter Management for $50/month, billed monthly in advance. It is month-to-month with 30 days' cancellation notice; content changes are not included.

A small content request is one update to existing page text or imagery that takes up to 30 minutes and does not add a new layout, page, feature, or integration. Response windows confirm when we reply and schedule the work; they are not emergency-resolution guarantees.

Terms are clear before monthly billing starts

There is no long-term contract. Your agreement states the notice for pausing or cancelling and whether unused monthly capacity carries forward, so those terms are settled before the first invoice.

These are distinguished from our fee so your quote stays honest:

  • Hosting / platform subscription
  • Premium fonts, stock assets, licensed themes, apps, or plugins
  • Payment-processing fees
  • Third-party email, booking, CRM, commerce, or analytics subscriptions

  • Translation, photography, video, and specialized legal/compliance work unless specifically included

A signed agreement comes first. The full $199 is invoiced after final approval and is due before public launch.

Cyvexly plans to send Stripe-hosted invoices after a signed agreement. Once the Owner verifies the Stripe account, invoices may offer ACH bank debit and card payment; those methods are not active yet. There is no public checkout, no payment is requested before an agreement and invoice, and this website never stores raw card or bank details.
